Tian Di Bamboo Massage
This innovative massage incorporates many aspects of traditional Chinese medicine. Using
bamboo sticks to knead, roll, and tap away tension and tightness, this massage consists of 3
segments:
*Massage using Cho sticks (bamboo)
*Massage Cupping
*Gua Sha
A full body massage using only Cho sticks is followed by Massage Cupping, which are plastic
cups used to create suction and negative pressure to penetrate 4 inches below the surface of
the skin to relieve pain, stimulate blood and oxygen flow, and release toxins.
Gua Sha, which loosely translated means scraping toxins, is a painless and safe technique
performed using a yak horn to apply short, pressured strokes over the skin after cupping to
remove the toxins and stagnation which have been pulled to the surface of the skin

Massage Cupping and Gua Sha
As a stand-alone service, this gentle, non-invasive, modified version of the ancient Chinese art
of cupping therapy is a unique way of applying deep tissue massage through suction and
negative pressure. Massage Cupping can penetrate to 4 inches below the surface of the skin
to release rigid soft tissue, drain excess fluids, loosen adhesions, and bring blood flow and
oxygen to stagnant skin and muscles. Toxins and stagnation are pulled to the surface of the
body restoring healthy qi and blood flow.

Loosely translated, Gua Sha means scraping toxins. Gua Sha is a painless and safe technique

Paraffin Treatment
Forearms, hands, lower legs, and feet are massaged with a rich, butter cream lotion.
Hands and feet are then treated to a luxurious sugar exfoliating scrub and immersed in a
warm paraffin treatment which moisturizes and relieves dry, chapped skin. We use
sanitary, single use Perfect Sense paraffin treatments.

Ear Candling
Ear candling is a relaxing, soothing and natural, non-intrusive procedure that may help
alleviate the painful effects of chronic headaches or sinus conditions, ear infections,
allergies, or vertigo, as well as minor hearing loss due to excessive buildup of ear wax. It is
believed as the candle burns, gentle warm smoke is drawn into the ear canal and softens
and loosens Candida, wax, and other debris and promotes the natural elimination of ear
wax. Two candles are used per ear.

The 90 minute Bellanina Facelift massage is a luxurious yet effective massage for the face,
throat and décolletage. It is a firming, lifting, contouring treatment that restores the skin's
radiance and softens lines and wrinkles while it tones and retrains the muscles. Additional
benefits include reduced dryness, puffiness and swelling, improved lymph drainage, relaxes
and releases facial tension, increases circulation, and repairs damage due to pollution, stress,
and sun exposure.
The Bellanina Facelift massage is a 21 step procedure using several techniques such as
tapotement (tapping), cross-fibering, (contouring), acupressure and lymph drainage. 12
different products are used including botanical cleansers, exfoliates, toner, eye and throat
crème, moisturizers, lip balm and the signature product, Honeylift, which is a honey-based
lotion that hydrates, removes impurities, opens pores and eliminates toxins and dead skin cells.
Warm scented towels are used throughout the treatment and your neck, shoulders, upper back,
hands and feet are also massaged with your feet being treated to an invigorating sugar scrub
then slathered in butter cream and wrapped in warm booties.
